Aaron's worried that Adam will tell everyone that he's gay this week, after his mate spotted him kissing Jackson on a night out. And things get worse for the lad when his new boyfriend turns up in the village…
Aaron reluctantly agrees to have a drink with Jackson, but it's clear he's uncomfortable when Ryan asks to join them. And when Jackson playfully touches him his hand, Aaron sees red.
Scared of being outed in front of the whole pub, Aaron lashes out and punches Jackson in the face.
Paddy's stunned when the police turn up to arrest Aaron, and later charge him with ABH. At the station, Chas berates her son for being a homophobic thug - so is shocked when Paddy tells her that Aaron's gay.
When Aaron finds out that Paddy has told both Chas and Marlon about his sexuality, he's inconsolable. Storming out, he heads to the garage – and unable to cope with his secret any longer, he decides to end his life.
As the garage fills with fumes, Aaron drifts in and out of consciousness. When Adam spots smoke billowing out from under the doors, he enlists Cain's help to break then down…
Smashing their way into the garage, the men drag Aaron's lifeless body from the car.
As Cain races to find Chas and Paddy, Adam desperately tries to revive his pal with mouth to mouth.
Chas and Paddy arrive on the scene, and are stunned as Cain reveals that it looks like Aaron was trying to commit suicide.
At the hospital, Chas and Paddy wait anxiously by Aaron's bedside, praying for him to pull through. Paddy's riddled with guilt at revealing Aaron's secret. Has the lad succeeded in taking his own life?
I think I shoud have not read this. Things are not going the way I like. Emmerdale is definitely surprising us with that story.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it's really surprising.
ReplyDeleteAaron is afraid his secret comes out, now that Adam knows. And besides Adam, also Paddy, Marlon (although Aaron doesn't know that) and his mom.
Aaron thinks that people won't understand him, and think he's some kind of freak.
He only sees one solution: commit suicide.
Wonder is that the end of Jackson ?
ReplyDeleteI hope this is not the end of Aaron as I would miss seeing this fantastic actor continue this storyline. I hope to see some happiness for Aaron and not end like this.
ReplyDeleteI am positive Aaron will pull through. It would be irresponsible towards all young lads in a similar position to Aaron in real life if theree were a tragic end. If the writers do it properly it will end up being a positive outcome with everyone in the village accepting Aaron and more importantly Aaron accepting himself. And yes, Danny Miller is brilliant!
ReplyDeleteI hope Jackson visits Aaron in hospital when he wakes up. Hopefully they can sort things out, they are perfect for eachother!
ReplyDeleteYea I hope the Jackson comes back into emmerdale.I think they are definitely the most believeable gay couple on tv for a long time.both actors have made the storly line so real.hats off to emmerdale writers of late excellent story lines.plus this chap is an excellent actor
ReplyDeleteJackson is totally perfect for Aaron and should at least be able to help him out as a great friend, but hopefully be his first boyfriend.
ReplyDeleteI do not see the appeal of Adam, besides the superficial fact of his perceived attractiveness. His character does not compliment Aaron's and he will be of no help, unless the writers change him drastically and that would be ridiculous.
Jackson is hot and has the character to go with Aaron.
Blame the writers if you disagree.
Does anyone know what will happen the week after?
ReplyDeletejust saw picture of Aaron dressed up on webcam and as these episodes are already filmed he must survive
ReplyDeleteI hope Jackson comes back it would be a waste to introduce his character only for a few episodes I think he makes a great contribution to the story. dislike Adams character he is of no help to Aaron.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry folks! He'll survive. We can work that out from comments made in the spoilers and by comments by Danny himself in the Sun on Saturday
ReplyDeletei really hope he doesn't die!!!
ReplyDelete:(
better not!!!
and if they do!! it's truely irresponceable.. because it encorages gay people to commit suicide??
thats just WRONG!!!!
Aaron is a truely unique character, and adds that special touch to emmerdale, that is the only reason why, i watch emmerdale because of him :)
and Yes Aaron is AWSOME!!
I agree with many people above. It would be very irresponsible for producers to alow Aaron to leave the show on comiting suicide, because it will encourage teenagers in the same situation to copy Aaron's actions. If producers plan to get rid off Aaron, then it should be done with a happy ending. (possibly Aaron and Jackson set off together).
ReplyDeleteBut i rely hope Aaron doesn't leave Emmerdale, he is amazing.
and Yes i also think is AWESOME!
